Welcome to Seedy Sunday Brighton, the UK’s biggest and longest-running community seed swap event.

Seedy Sunday 2014 is TODAY, Sunday 2nd February, at the Brighton Dome Corn Exchange, 10.30am – 4.30pm.

Entry is £3 (£2 concs), children under 16 free.

Bring your seeds to swap (or make a 50p per donation per pack) on the seed swap table, enjoy more than 50 stalls and hear expert speakers including organic guru Bob Flowerdew. Plan your day by checking out the full speakers programme.

You can download and print the event programme HERE.

Seedy Sunday is under threat and this year’s event could be our last. New EU legislation threatens to ban swapping seed, growing heritage varieties and even saving your own seed from year to year. The campaign to stop these draconian proposals becoming law is being coordinated by Garden Organic and The Heritage Seed Library. Please click here to find out how to get involved in the Save Our Seed campaign.

Would you like to help Seedy Sunday improve and grow? We’re always interested to hear from people interested in volunteering for everything from sorting seeds to joining the organising committee. Please email volunteers@seedysunday.org for more details.
